The final year girls Sharmadadha, Subhashini, Rajapriya, Prameena Devi and Adline Vidhya of Electronics and communication department earned a special prize in PEACE-09, Project of Electronics and Communication Engineering , a technical Project exhibition conducted by Anna University, Trichy. The projects were based on Microwave 'Microstrip Antenna using ring resonator for CDMA application' and 'Microstrip Antenna using Meta material for WiMAX application'.  Around 600 students from 150 engineering colleges participated in the contest.
