A district level tournament was organised by Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu on 22nd November, 2011 at the Government Higher Secondary School, Thirupuvanam. The Volleyball and Basketball team of the Polytechnic college was victorious in the tournament. The College Football team was victorious in the tournament. The Management, Principal and the Department of Physical Education wish them sucess.
