Training Programme on Soft Skills for 1st Year Students:

We have organized a-6 day training programme on soft skills for 1st year students, with an International HR Service Provider MA FOI RANDSTAD.

Mafoi Randstad is a service provider, servicing world class companies across the globe. They have training modules with innovative methodologies and they ensure that students are equipped with appropriate skills and knowledge to face various challenges they encounter with.

Three experts from MA FOI RANDSTAD, Chennai—Mr. Marcus, Mr. Arun ,and Mr. Nelson made their presence on VCE campus, and trained the students to enhance their knowledge, skill and attitude.The training programme was held on 9th ,10th,14th,15th,16th,17th of Nov. '11. Students were given training on Values and Ethics, Building Self confidence, Time Management, Goal setting, Assertiveness, and Positive attitude; and also on Group discussion, Presentation skills etc. As an extension of the same, they counseled certain selected students and helped them overcome their inabilities.

The students of 1st year expressed their views in the feedback session and felt very motivated and enthusiastic after completion of this training programme.
